Hello! I’m Kesley Cassiano dos Santos, the Portuguese teacher in Majestic Fields’ Dual Language Immersion Program. Originally from Paraná, Brazil, I hold degrees in Languages and Neuropsychopedagogy. I love traveling, reading, exploring cultures, and spending time with family. I’m excited to help students grow and develop their Portuguese skills!
I grew up in Southern California and graduated from CSU San Marcos with a degree in Human Development. I love teaching history and science, inspiring curiosity, and helping students grow. Outside school, I enjoy family time, baseball, cooking, camping, outdoor adventures, and traveling. My favorite quote is by Theodore Roosevelt: “It is hard to fail but it is worse never to have tried to succeed.”
I graduated from Dixie State College and love teaching math and helping students discover new things. My favorite book is The Book Thief. I graduated from Southern Utah University with an emphasis in Early Childhood. I love teaching ELA, building student relationships, and sharing my love of reading. Outside school, I enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, and reading the Hunger Games and Divergent series. My classroom motto: “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
